Spotted: Berlin summer making one last attempt at being unforgettable. This Thursday, FOMO x Qonto takes the founder scene onto the Spree. Sun, drinks, founders and just enough bad decisions to make the camera roll interesting. Consider it summer’s closing argument. Or, as we like to call it: welcome back to school.

Meanwhile, AI is getting arms and legs as NEURA Robotics brings its “Physical AI” to Berlin for IFA. Robots that see, hear, learn and work alongside humans. Chatbots were cute. Apparently, now they’re leaving the laptop.

Back in Mitte, Dear Torstraße, We Need to Talk. Plans for its renovation keep all four car lanes, while critics say sidewalks and trees will pay the price. Naturally, Berlin has thoughts. Today, 5 PM, Torstraße 190.

Summer may be checking out. Berlin clearly isn’t.
