Hey Berliners,

The summer keeps testing us. One hour it's Gipsi weather, the next you're wondering if you should've packed a raincoat instead of sunglasses. The new default is both. But that's Berlin in July - inconsistent, unpredictable, and somehow still the best place to be right now.

Last week took me on the road again. I was on stage at the Business Creator Summit here in Berlin, then straight to Bochum for the RuhrSummit, talking about what it actually takes to build something from nothing - the wins, but also the parts nobody puts on a slide. Two very different rooms, same energy: people who'd rather build than talk about building.

And here's the thing, this is the week. The last one before school holidays empty the city out. Everyone is still here. Every dinner, every drink, every "let's finally meet" is happening now, because in a few days half of Berlin will be at the lake or the airport with an out-of-office reply doing the talking. So founders, this is your window: get those meetings done. The calendar is about to go quiet. This week, it's still full.
