Are you back in your work rhythm yet? We’re… getting there. On our side, the week kicked off with our third FOMO dinner in Cape Town and, to be fully honest, running a newsletter and hosting a 16-person founder dinner on the same Monday might have been slightly ambitious. Worth it, but ambitious.

When I started out, I wanted to build, ship, and talk to customers. Finance was something I kept pushing aside. Not because it wasn’t important, but because it slowed me down and felt messy. For a while, that was fine. Until it wasn’t.
